Purposes of personal data processing
The personal data collected about the Client mentioned in the Privacy Terms are processed
only the provision of the Service, enabling the provision of the Service, Contracts
for the purpose of preparation and enabling the use of the Website.
● Personal data is used to manage customer orders and goods for delivery.
● Purchase history data is used to review purchased goods and services for preparation, analysis of customer preferences and, among other things, consumer disputes for resolution purposes.
● The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.
● Personal data such as e-mail, phone number, customer name are processed in order to to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services.
● E-mail is also used to send invoices and the phone number is used to notify the goods that have arrived at the parcel machine.
● The IP address or other network identifiers of the online store user are processed for providing the online store as an information society service and online usage statistics to do.
Legal basis for data processing
● Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the customer (management of customer orders, delivery, goods and payments return).
● Personal data is processed to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g accounting).
● The processing of personal data is necessary due to the legitimate interest of the data controller.
● Data processing takes place with the customer’s consent: For direct marketing purposes.
Sharing of personal data
We do not disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except for the following cases:
● Transfer of personal data to subcontractors in connection with service provision or to cooperation partners, if the transfer of data makes the service possible rendering.
● Due to a legal obligation to disclose or share the Customer personal data (primarily for the purposes provided by law, for example due to from a court order or for the purpose of preventing crimes, protecting the Customer’s life and health).
● To ensure the performance of the service.
● Contingent upon the sale of the business, either in whole or in part, or of the business reorganization. In this case, we will take all necessary measures, to ensure the continued protection of the Customer’s personal data.
● With the aim of improving and developing the provided Service. Third parties the parties are deemed to provide processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose as authorized processors of personal data.
Storage and protection of personal data
● All personal data collected about the Client are stored on servers located in the countries of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
● Personal data related to the client that Eesti Höövelliist OÜ uses for the service for provision and fulfillment of orders is stored for up to 10 years from from the arrival of the relevant personal data at the disposal of Eesti Höövelliist OÜ or until until the moment until all claims that may be made on the surface of their personal data or in connection with them, are out of date. Basic accounting documents stored for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
● Only our employees and management bodies have access to the client’s personal data members who have the right to use personal data only for the provision of the Service and Regarding website management.

Erasure
To delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail.
